Latinas are widely underrepresented in the travel industry, so we’ve found 10 exploradoras that write about their travels. These trailblazing Latina women explore the globe and inspire other Latinas to chase their travel dreams.

Throughout my own world travels, I rarely meet other Latinas and seldom see women of color featured in travel media features. To combat this and create a community for Latinas, I launched the features account @latinaslovetravel on Instagram as an extension of my own Latina travel blog, Miss Filatelista.

These Latinas represent the diversity of Latin American cultures and are shattering stereotypes as they cross borders around the planet.

I was always dreaming about different landscapes and ways to see the world. My love for photography started a couple of years later when I joined an art collective. Since then my two passions merged and now I have the chance to share it with you.”
